This revamped formula has been beautifully incorporated into beautiful handy gold dispensing pens.
And has a total incorporation time of up to 10-15 minutes and that includes painting!
Make a 1:1 ratio with "Devoted | Lotion Nº2" and the desired eyebrow colour.
Because there is peroxide in Lotion Nº2, the paint develops evenly.
Commissioning time:
Affected | BROW Lifting Lotion Nº1: 5 minutes
Devoted | BROW Fixing Lotion Nº2: 10 minutes without dyeing or 5 - 10 minutes incl dyeing.
Note! With the Lift Addict Brow Lamination pens, it is not possible to dye flush with henna.
