Rehab is a serum specially designed for intensive care of damaged eyelashes or eyebrows. Restores natural lashes and/or eyebrows and has a deep moisturising effect. Apply Rehab over the entire length of the eyelashes or eyebrows. This can also be applied after Absolute Shine Replex Nº3, as extra care. When Rehab Lash Restore Nº3 applied alone as step 3, moisture should be taken into account for another 12 hours.

Commissioning time:
Rehab has no break-in time.
You can just apply this to the lashes and/or eyebrows and leave it on
