The Perfect Lift, it even smells divine!
Perfect Lift is used to prepare eyelashes / eyebrows before lifting / laminating. It makes the hairs super soft and easily bendable. It gently opens the hair cuticles without drying out the lashes like a traditional primer. This allows lotions to penetrate the hairs more efficiently. Use Perfect Lift to ensure lashes stick to the shield easily without jumping off. Perfect Lift also works great for clients with wayward lashes or eyebrows.
Apply Perfect Lift to cleansed hair using a lip gloss applicator.
The Perfect Lift takes about 30 seconds to do its job. After that, simply perform the lift as you are used to. You should not rinse out the Perfect Lift!
